Concrete coatings engineered for the Valley of the Sun
Phoenix is one of the toughest places in the country to put down a floor coating. Slabs bake through summers that regularly climb past 110°F, then cool sharply overnight. Fine desert dust blows into every garage, monsoon storms push water under doors, and hot tires roll in straight off scorching asphalt. A coating that looks fine in a mild climate can peel, yellow or lift here within a season or two.
That's why we approach every project as a system, not a single coat of paint. We grind the concrete to open its pores, repair the damage you can see and test for the problems you can't, then build a multi-layer coating with chemistry chosen for the space — flexible where the slab moves, UV-stable where sunlight hits, and textured where people walk with wet feet.
- Diamond-ground surface prep
- Moisture & hardness testing
- Crack and spall repair
- Commercial-grade materials
- Clean, dust-controlled installs
- Written workmanship warranty

Nine coating systems. One standard of workmanship.
From a two-car garage in Ahwatukee to a 40,000-square-foot distribution floor near Sky Harbor, every project gets the same careful prep, honest advice and clean finish. Pick a service to see how it works, what it costs to own and why it performs in Phoenix.

A floor that reflects the desert back at you.
Our metallic epoxy floors are poured and worked by hand, so swirls of pearl, silver and soft blue-green flow across the room like polished stone. Add a crystal-clear topcoat and the whole space glows — sunrise over the McDowells included.

Epoxy, polyaspartic or polyurea?
Most of our floors combine more than one chemistry. Here's how the three main materials compare so you can see why we pair them the way we do.
The proven workhorse
100% solids epoxy builds thick, hard and chemical-resistant layers at a great value. It bonds aggressively to properly ground concrete and is ideal for primers, body coats and metallic floors.
- Hardness & build Excellent
- UV stability Needs topcoat
- Return to service ~3 days
The sun-proof finisher
Polyaspartic topcoats stay clear and glossy under strong UV, resist hot-tire marking and cure quickly — so many garages can be driven on within a day or two of installation.
- Hardness & build Very good
- UV stability Excellent
- Return to service ~24–48 hrs
The flexible foundation
Polyurea is tough, impact-resistant and noticeably more flexible than epoxy, which helps it ride out the expansion and contraction of slabs through Phoenix's extreme temperature swings.
- Hardness & build Excellent
- UV stability Very good
- Return to service ~24 hrs

What Phoenix weather does to concrete — and how we beat it
Concrete is porous and it moves. In the Valley, a garage slab can swing 40 degrees or more in a single day, and summer sun turns west-facing driveways into griddles. Each of those conditions is something we design around, rather than hope for the best.
Intense UV
Standard epoxy chalks and yellows in direct sun. We finish with UV-stable polyaspartic or aliphatic urethane so color stays true.
Thermal movement
Flexible polyurea base coats and proper crack treatment help the floor move with the slab instead of cracking or delaminating.
Moisture & monsoons
We test for vapor transmission and use moisture-tolerant primers where needed, so trapped water doesn't blister the coating later.
Dust & grit
Flake textures hide everyday desert dust, and the sealed surface sweeps and mops clean instead of soaking up dirt like bare concrete.

How a Phoenix Epoxy Flooring Pros install works
Clear steps, honest timelines and no surprises. Most residential garages are completed in one to two days; commercial schedules are planned around your operations.
Free on-site estimate
We measure the space, check moisture and hardness, note cracks or old coatings, show real color samples in your lighting and provide a written quote.
Protect & prepare
We mask walls and doors, move or cover items as agreed, and set up dust-controlled diamond grinders with HEPA vacuums attached.
Grind & repair
The slab is ground to the right profile, then cracks, spalls, pitting and control joints are repaired with fast-setting polymer fillers.
Base coat & color
We apply the primer or base coat chosen for your slab, then broadcast flake, pour metallics or build solid color to the agreed design.
Scrape & topcoat
Excess flake is scraped and vacuumed, and a clear UV-stable topcoat is rolled on at full thickness — with anti-slip additive where you need it.
Walkthrough & care
We inspect every edge with you, explain cure times and leave simple care instructions so your floor stays bright for years.
Recent floors around the Valley
Garages, homes, patios, auto shops and warehouses — a look at the range of finishes we install for Phoenix homeowners and businesses.

One crew for homes and businesses
Homeowners want a beautiful, easy-to-clean space and a tidy install. Business owners need durability, safety and minimal downtime. We plan every project around both.
For Phoenix homeowners
Turn a dusty, stained garage into a clean extension of your home. We also coat casitas, laundry rooms, patios and pool decks, and help you choose a color that works with your cabinets, stucco and landscaping. Expect a respectful crew, protected walls and a floor you can hose off in minutes.
For Phoenix businesses
Auto shops, showrooms, gyms, clinics, breweries and warehouses all lean on floors that resist chemicals, clean fast and look professional. We phase work by area, schedule nights or weekends when needed, and use fast-cure systems to get you back in business quickly.

Why a box-store kit rarely survives a Phoenix summer
Garage floor kits are tempting: a weekend, a roller and a couple hundred dollars. The problem is what's missing. Most kits are water-based epoxy paint applied a few mils thick over concrete that's only been acid-etched — if it's been prepped at all. Acid etching doesn't remove sealers or deep contaminants, and it leaves a weak surface for the coating to grab.
Add hot tires, UV exposure and slab movement, and the result is predictable: peeling in the tire paths, yellowing near the door and flaking at every crack. Removing a failed kit before a proper install also adds cost.
A professional system is a different product altogether. We diamond-grind to a measured profile, use 100% solids and polyurea or polyaspartic materials many times thicker than a kit, repair cracks structurally and seal it all under a UV-stable clear coat. The difference shows up on day one — and is even more obvious in year five.

Find the look that fits your space
Choosing a finish is the fun part, and it's also where a little guidance saves regret. A color that looks perfect on a tiny chip under store lights can read very differently on 500 square feet of floor in bright Arizona daylight. During your estimate we lay full-size samples on your actual slab so you can see them next to your cabinets, stucco and vehicles.
Solid color floors give a clean, modern, almost industrial look and pair beautifully with white cabinetry. Decorative flake is the most forgiving everyday finish — it hides dust, tire marks and minor imperfections and adds subtle texture underfoot. Popular Phoenix blends lean toward soft grays, warm desert tans and cool blue-green mixes. Metallic floors create a flowing, marble-like surface that turns a game room, studio or showroom into a feature. And for the hardest-working spaces, quartz and anti-slip textures add serious grip for ramps, wash bays and pool decks.
Not sure where to start? Tell us how you use the space, how much sun it gets and how much cleaning you want to do, and we'll narrow it down to two or three options that make sense.

Your install-day checklist
A little preparation on your end helps us start on time and finish cleanly. We'll send a reminder before your appointment, but here's what most homeowners do:
- Clear the floor of vehicles, bikes, boxes and anything stored on the ground. We can help shift heavy cabinets if arranged in advance.
- Plan to park in the driveway or street for the cure period, and keep pets and kids out of the work area.
- Make sure we have access to a standard 240V or 120V outlet and that the garage door opener works.
- Turn off irrigation that sprays toward the garage door for a day or two so water doesn't run onto the fresh coating.
- Expect some noise during grinding — our equipment is vacuum-connected, so dust stays to a minimum.
Keeping your floor showroom-bright
Coated floors are low-maintenance, but a few simple habits make a big difference over the years — especially with desert dust.
Fine sand acts like sandpaper underfoot. A wide microfiber dust mop removes grit before it can dull the gloss.
Use warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner. Skip vinegar, citrus and soap-based products that leave a film.
Our topcoats resist oil, antifreeze and road salts, but cleaning spills quickly keeps the surface looking new.
Put pads under jack stands, motorcycle kickstands and heavy shelving feet to prevent dents and scratches.

Questions Phoenix homeowners ask us most
How long does an epoxy garage floor last in Phoenix?
A professionally installed, properly prepared system typically lasts 10 to 20 years in a residential garage. Longevity depends far more on surface preparation and the topcoat chemistry than on the color layer. Because we diamond-grind every slab and finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic or urethane topcoat, our floors resist the peeling and yellowing that cause cheap coatings to fail early in the Arizona sun.
How soon can I use my garage after installation?
With our fast-cure polyaspartic systems, light foot traffic is usually fine the same evening and vehicles can return in roughly 24 to 48 hours. Traditional 100% solids epoxy systems need a little longer — generally around three days before parking. We'll give you an exact timeline based on the products and temperatures on your install day.
Will hot tires lift or stain the coating?
Hot-tire pickup is a real problem with thin, store-bought kits that sit on top of unprepared concrete. Our systems are mechanically bonded into a ground profile and built at a much higher film thickness, so the coating stays put even when tires come in off a 115°F street.
Is an epoxy floor slippery?
A smooth, high-gloss finish can be slick when wet. That's why we tune texture to the space: full flake broadcasts add natural grip, and we can add an anti-slip aggregate to the topcoat for patios, pool decks, ramps and commercial kitchens.
Can you coat over cracks, oil stains or an old coating?
Yes. We remove failing coatings, grind out contamination, and repair cracks, spalls and pitting with fast-setting polymer fillers before any coating goes down. Deep oil saturation may need extra degreasing or grinding, which we'll point out during your estimate.
How much does epoxy flooring cost in Phoenix?
Pricing depends on square footage, slab condition, repairs, the system you choose and any extras like stem walls or custom flake blends. Rather than guess, we measure, test and give you a clear written quote — usually the same day as your free on-site visit.
What's the best time of year to coat a garage in Phoenix?
We install year-round. In summer we start early in the morning, monitor slab temperature and adjust product working times so the coating levels and bonds properly. Fall, winter and spring offer the most comfortable conditions and are our busiest seasons, so booking a few weeks ahead is a good idea.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
Only at the start and the end. We like to confirm the color and layout with you before grinding, and walk the finished floor together at the end. In between, you're welcome to go about your day while we work.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every installation is backed by a written workmanship warranty, and our materials carry their own manufacturer coverage. We'll walk through the terms with you before you sign anything.
